Kelly Tomsche Promoted to Assistant Manager
BLOOMINGTON, MN – January 2025 -
This April, Kelly will celebrate 12 years with ECSI—a milestone that highlights her dedication, leadership, and countless contributions. Recently promoted to ECSI's Assistant Service Manager, Kelly’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable.
She began her career as the Service and Inspection Coordinator and, within a year, took on invoicing for work orders. Over time, Kelly tackled nearly every administrative role at ECSI, playing a key part in the company’s growth from a team of just nine service technicians to over 40 today.
Kelly’s path to ECSI started with 15 years as an Office Manager and Inspection Coordinator at a fire sprinkler company. It was there she connected with Todd Collet and Kelly Coates, who later recruited her to join ECSI.
For Kelly, ECSI has always been more than just a job. “ECSI has always felt like family,” she said. “Jerry, Matt, and Bob put family first—both personal and work—and we’re a lively, fun group. If you walk through our part of the building, we’re definitely the loudest—ha!”
As Assistant Service Manager, Kelly continues to thrive in the fast-paced Service Department, where customer service is the top priority. On her office days, she starts as early as 4:00am to get ahead on projects before the phones start ringing at 7:00am. “Once that happens, it’s all hands on deck!”
ECSI is proud to celebrate Kelly’s leadership and dedication. Congratulations on 12 years and your well-deserved promotion, Kelly! Here’s to many more successes ahead.
